The Setrachos river is the one of the important river in Cyprus. It starts to flow from the northern parts of Trodos Mountains and its waters meet the sea at the Northern Coast of Cyprus in Xeros. The Setrachos river flows through Pedoulas, Moutoulla, Kalapanayiotis and Oiko villages in Marathasa Valley.
Along the river there are oak trees, fruit trees and flf trees. And also, there are two dam on the river bed, one of these is in Kalapanayiotis and the other one is in Lefka.
